You may arrive at the spa from 9.30am where you will receive a short briefing covering the itinerary of the day. You are then at leisure to make the most of the wonderful facilities on offer including the pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and a complete range of studio classes. You'll receive a light lunch and either a thalassotherapy pool session or aqua jet treatment which will leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated.

You may book additional treatments directly with the spa once you have booked your date. You will be required to abide by the membership conditions of the spa on arrival. No children are permitted.
