Enjoy Gastro pub food in your own home! Learn how to recreate modern British classics like braised lamb shank, ham hock terrine, and sticky toffee pudding. The Thai food course will teach you how to make your own curry paste, Tom Yam soup, Thai salads, fish cakes as well as scrumptious desserts. On the Bakery and Patisserie course, the master baker will show you how to make all kinds of delicious breads, pastries and patisserie. Choose one of the three options with this great value voucher.
Agenda - Practical cookery
All courses start at 9.30am and finish at 3.30pm. Lunch and wine is included on all days except the bakery and patisserie day. Participants for the bakery and partisserie day will enjoy a light lunch included in the price as well as your own baked goods to take home with you.
Practical cookery Notes
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for 10 months. You many choose from one of the three courses. Minimum age for this experience is 18 years old. All equipment, ingredients and aprons will be provided by the school. For health and safety reasons all participants must wear shoes with covered toes and non slip soles - shoes with high heels are not suitable. Long hair must be tied back, participants are recommeded to wear trousers and sensible clothing.
