You may check in anytime after 3pm on the day of arrival. Your room must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure although you may leave luggage in the reception are if you plan to leave later. If you require additional treatments, please request these at time of booking.

On purchasing this experience you will be sent a voucher valid for stays until 21st July between Sunday-Thursday. This offer is NOT available from 28th May to 4th June. Spa portion of package includes: a welcome tour, use of the pool, hydrotherapy and whirlpool spa, crystal steam room, sauna, meditation room, multi-sensory showers, foot reflexology baths and heat rooms. Guests are entitled to a two and a half hour admission between 10am and 6pm. A wide range of Decleour and Elemis Beauty treatments are available at additional cost. The package includes overnight accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis at the Alton Towers Hotel.
