You have a selection of cathedral destinations: Bath, Bristol, Canterbury, Chichester, Ely, Norwich, Portsmouth, Salisbury, Winchester. All trains depart mid-late morning and return by 9pm. Giving you 3-4 hours to explore the delights your chosen city has to offer.

The Cathedrals Express is a steam-hauled express train which run once or twice per week during the summer months from central London to England's premier cathedral cities. Trains run from 9th April to 30th October and Christmas Specials in December. There is no better way to visit one of England's beautiful medieval Cathedral cities and its surrounding countryside than on a train pulled by a fabulous 1940's steam engine.
