Military Vehicle Driving Experience
The chance to drive a unique selection of military vehicles
This superb venue offers a huge range of miltary vehicle driving, and this experience will get you behind the wheel of an Armoured Personnel Carrier, a Bedford Army Lorry, and an army Landrover. You may also have the chance to drive one of the unique 'Guest Vehicles' provided courtesy of private collectors and charities, such as a fully operational American Humvee and a 60 year old Matador Quad plus Limber and 25lb Fieldgun.
Agenda - Military Vehicle Driving Experience
On arrival at the venue you will meet your instructors and receive a full safety briefing. You will then be issued with full DPM coveralls and helmet which must be worn at all times. You will be split into groups of around six people and will rotate around the vehicles spending around one hour on each and driving them over the battlefield course. This experience will last around 3.5 hours.
Military Vehicle Driving Experience Notes
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. This experience takes places on various Saturdays throughout the year. There will be up to five other people on this experience with you. Participants must have a full UK Driving Licence which may need to be presented on the day. Minimum age is 18 years.
