The beautifully presented gift pack contains a presentation certificate detailing the right to a piece of the Glencairn Estate, information about the estate, the local area and also maps showing the location of Glencairn. Once the postage paid registration card has been completed and returned a square foot of the estate will be officially transferred into the ownership of the new Laird. They will then be sent a deed of ownership inscribed with their name and their own individual plot number. They will also receive a proof of title card which they can sign and keep with them to remind others of their new found status.
