Come face to face with the hugely popular star of Hell's Kitchen as the multi award winning Jean Christophe Novelli hosts an exclusive cookery demonstration in his 14th Century Hertfordshire home. Using the recipes from his famous signature dishes, learn how to replicate an exciting gourmet menu in your own kitchen - and select the ideal wine - by watching Jean Christophe demonstrate the art of the Michelin starred chef.

On arrival, take your seat as Jean Christophe introduces the menu and demonstrates how to cook a selection of his incredible signature dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, you are encouraged to ask questions as the aim is to ensure you are confident enough to recreate dishes in your own kitchen. Jean Christophe will also explain how to choose the best wines to accompany each dish. The experience lasts from 11am until 5pm and includes samples of the food and wine.

On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months. Courses are suitable for anyone over the age of eighteen. The course itinerary is subject to change - check when booking to confirm the exact structure. Courses run on Mondays throughout the year. As a guide there will be three courses every month, you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. Due to the exclusive nature of this experience, availability may be limited. There will be a maximum of 10 people per course. Once booked, dates are non refundable and non exchangeable. Please advise of any food allergies when booking.
