Having worked in fine restaurants including Tante Claire and cooked alongside Jean Christophe Novelli, award winning chef Rosemary Shrager has developed the most highly regarded cookery school in the UK. Spend four days under her tutelage learning cookery techniques that are sure to impress at your next dinner party. Also included are four night's accommodation for you and a guest at the award winning Swinton Park in the Yorkshire Dales providing luxurious accommodation in a stunning setting. Agenda - Four Day Swinton Park Cookery ClassThe course starts with tea at 3.30pm on Sunday afternoon which is followed by the first session of the course ending with dinner. From Monday to Wednesday, the course starts at 9.30am and includes a break after lunch for participants to explore the local area before resuming later in the afternoon and ending with dinner. The course ends on Thursday afternoon with lunch after a morning session. Lunch and dinner are served in the school (a former Georgian stable wing) with breakfast at the hotel. This experience is suitable for beginners but is designed with the more adventurous cook in mind. The course is suitable for anyone over the age of 18 but bear in mind that much of the experience is spent on your feet. There will be a maximum of fourteen people in each group. The course runs from Sunday to Thursday on selected dates throughout the year and each course has a different, but equally interesting theme. You are advised to book your voucher as early as possible as availability on some courses may be limited. Four nights accommodation for the participant and one guest is included.
