This is a once in a life time opportunity for sailing enthusiasts and newcomers to the sport alike, offering a unique chance to be present at the most prestigious yachting event in the world: the historic Cowes Week regatta. You will spend the day watching the races firstly from a Whitbread 60 Bluesprint, a former round the world race yacht, and then from an RIB which lets you get closer to the action.
Agenda - Cowes Week Experience
The day will be spent aboard Whitbread 60 Bluesprint, a former round the world race yacht and on RIB Bluesprint, a 7.8m 250hp offshore Race RIB which allows you to get closer to the action. The day starts at 10am and finishes at 4.30 pm. A buffet lunch is served aboard, and a champagne reception is held on return to the marina in the afternoon.
Cowes Week Experience Notes
This experience takes place on either the 2nd or 3rd of August. Price shown is per person. Please note that a buffet lunch is provided. This experience is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18. You should be a competent swimmer and reasonably fit. This experience takes place at Cowes, on the Isle of Wight.
